Branding & Marketing Bolivar & Hardeman County
Hired by DevCo (local activist group leading the charge to revitalize Bolivar & Hardeman County) to be the driver of 25+ economic initiatives to collectively re-define the town and county as a destination spot for tourists, businesses and permanent residents. Initiatives include establishing a 501c(3) organization to protect the Hatchie River; re-populating their downtown Courthouse square with retail; opening a Farmer’s Market; creating public access to trails: walking, hiking, kayaking, ATV; increasing the grant dollars awarded; and many more. Deliverables include: branding campaign, operational manual for Farmer’s Market, Website, Walking Tour guides, Festival & Event planning, Best Small Town Practices research and planning; Identifying Catalytic Residential Developments, Public Relations and more.

One Beale
When the Carlisle Corporation decided to launch their $131 million dollar One Beale project, they hired Martin Group to come in and set up the sales arm of their company. Martin Group consulted on the design and implementation of the sales center, collateral materials; set up their reporting and tracking functions; hired and trained their sales team; and launched the project to the market. At the end of their engagement there were 26 reservations representing $29.2 million sales.

Monarch
Based in Nashville, TN, Bristol Development was looking at the Park Palace in Memphis as their first condo conversion project. Terry was part of a multi-disciplinary team including Anna Holtzclaw, Tony Bologna and Mike Phelan who were hired to be the on-site eyes and ears of the developer. The team worked hand in hand with Bristol to define and position the project; create an implement a conversion program for its existing residents of which over 30% became homeowners; and identify the rest of the team: interior designer, contractor, sales team, and graphics firm.

Glenmary at Evergreen
When the Gintz Group out of Tacoma, Washington targeted Memphis as the site of their next two projects they hired M-Collective (a team of Terry, Anna Holtzclaw, Amelia Carkuff & Tony Bologna) to be the development team for the conversion of Woodmont Towers to Glenmary Condos. The team positioned the property and oversaw the designs of the newly remodeled common areas; new unit configurations; and marketing efforts. A highlight of the project was the interior designer, Amelia Carkuff’s procurement of the Jack Robinson photographs to be the crown jewel of the new common areas.

Belvedere Feasibility & Financial Projection Assessment
In late 2006 an out of town developer was studying the Belvedere as a potential condo conversion for their group. Again the team of Terry, Anna Holtzclaw, Tony Bologna & Amelia Carkuff joined forces to study the project and identify the challenges and opportunities tied to budget figures that allowed the developer to make the decision not to purchase the property because the scope of work was outside the limits of what they wanted to dedicate to this market at the time.
